What's your favorite quote?
“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.” - Mark Twain
Proudest moment as a 5-year-old?
I don't remember much as a 5-year-old but I do have strong memories of learning how to tie my own shoes in kindergarden. I must have been the first one to figure this out in my class because I remember setting up a shoe-tying business on top of the play structure and all the other kids would climb up there to get their shoes tied by me.
What’s the one thing you plan to do to change the world, even a little?
I'm passionate about using technology to make the world a better place. HireVue is changing the world one interview at a time and I'm excited to help make this happen. I've also worked really hard to raise two teenage boys that I hope will have a greater impact on this world than me.
What are your passions?
I love to sail and I take our family out frequently to sail on beautiful San Francisco Bay. I also love teaching kids about robotics. I mentor and coach high-school robotics teams to help them learn how to apply math, science, physics, engineering and technology in a competitive, fun, and engaging way.
