Hey Vuers,

I wanted to take a minute to highlight the amazing work our Customer Support team is doing. Customer Support can be thankless work, and we are lucky to have some absolute rockstars that work tirelessly at providing a great support experience for our customers and candidates alike.

A few months ago we started measuring customer satisfaction for every phone call, and to date we are performing at an 85% customer satisfaction rating. This is best in class for customer support organizations, and even better than industry standards for tech support. And we are only getting better! 

DISCLAIMER: There were 99 positive comments of customers and candidates raving about their support experience in the month of March, so only selecting 10 was super difficult!

 

A candidate for Northwestern Medicine, said this about Josh McCree

"5+  above and beyond excellent customer service...was stressed out trying to do my very first digital job interview with northwestern and my volume was not working for the practice question I could barely hear myself so called and josh guided me thru some sound  adjustments on my laptop and also helped me fix my image (it was jerky) so many thanks! could not have done it without his excellent help :O)"
