Awesome Parental Leave Policy

We want to be part of your life changing event of bringing a newborn/ addition to your family.

We offer:

  • Maternity leave: the company provides 12 weeks of paid pregnancy/ childbirth leave at 100% of pay throughout the duration of the leave.
     
  • Parental bonding leave: the company provides 2 weeks of paid parental bonding leave at 100% of pay upon the birth (including birth by surrogacy or birth by a team member’s domestic partner) of the team member’s child.
     
  •  Adoption leave: the company provides 12 weeks of paid adoption leave at 100% of pay to care for the team member’s newly adopted child.
     
  • Granternity leave: the company provides 1 week of paid granternity leave at 100% of pay to care for the first grandchild.

In regards to any of the leave type mentioned above, all we ask for is sending us (amathews@hirevue.com or tstanton@hirevue.com) some nice pics of the new addition to your family.  

Parking for Pregnant Team Members

We provide a temporary parking pass to our expectant mothers. We hope parking is one less thing you will have to worry about when you come to work at HireVue as an expectant mother.
